Before MSG:
Was there life before MSG?
My last formal title was Associate Executive Director of Oasis Center, circa 1996

Get energy from:

Seeing other people becoming successful.  Learning new things.

Thinks businesses are really challenged by:
Staying focused. With the number and pace of changes in business today, it is so easy to lose focus. And once you lose focus, you lose people, you lose market share, you lose your satisfaction - you lose.

Would like to see a little more:
Listening, Celebrating, Breathing

Is a big fan of:
All of my clients and their willingness to take a risk, change a habit, incorporate new thinking.

Favorite business principle:

This one has stood the test of time:  Chris Argus’ quote: In times of constant change, the learners will inherit the world, the learned are equipped for a world that no longer exists.

And here’s one more: That which goes unspoken word has the most power.

One piece of advice for anyone in a leadership role:
Get comfortable making your intentions and thought process more visible to those around you.

Away from work:
Playing and watching tennis, hanging with the family, walking trails and streets of Nashville, going to the beach and to all the grand slams!
